Problem with the C-USA board is that it has UAb fans on it. Those guys are hardcore idiots. Their program is a joke so they have to take the message board seriously.

Enjoy your last year with fans that understand lifes real issues.

Man CUSA board is something else....Two Southern Miss fans and one Marshall fan must be in the message board mafia as they have seriously overeacted to anything a WKU fan posts.....And now they are going off on WKU as a school and have taken a personal vendetta against WKU....Obvoiusly they are too good to welcome any new members and for some reason has taken this out on WKU fans...What would they think about Georgia Southern fan? Miss this board already compared to the garbage post by a few on CUSA board...I am not going to let 3 poster ruin a good thing, but these guys must be professional message board *******...

They are just pissed at the preceived lack of respect they got by being left in C-USA while teams like Tulane moved on.

You must be right....I hope USM is gone and replaced by you guys or ark. st or ULL...At least you guys would be glad to be in conf. USA....I know it must feel like that around here too with some of the new schools, but trust me its 20 times worse with a few USM fans and one Marshall fan.....

I don't see it as bad around here. I like most of the additions we have had over the last year or so. I would rather be in a conference with Ga Southern and Appy St then UAb anyday. I would like to be in a conference with USM, our campus' are less then 90 miles apart.

As far as being happy to be in C-USA, sure, but we should be able to bring the Sun Belt banner with us since that is what it will really be.

Its a different animal for sure. Still getting used to it.

The MODS here have tried very hard to keep an open and friendly place. We let slide a TON more then any other board on this site. Just something to keep in mind if you get cranky about some things done here. Believe me on other boards there is not a lot of leeway or understanding of unique individuals.

Im afraid that MANY of the CUSA posters will never understand 'beeds style. And Lord give me strength if for some reason the Cajuns get an invite and Zee makes an appearance.

I may just up and resign if that happens.

i do get there's a lot of angst by the teams left over there. many of our fans were the same way....not necessarily on here but most certainly on hilltopper haven.

i didn't get riled up because i knew it was out of my control. if we got the invite...yay for hoops. if not, i've always said our job is to win games wherever we are. plain and simple and the rest will take care of itself.

i won't be over there much the rest of the year. once our football season starts back up i'll be here and same with hoops. we're not in the same boat as middle and fau where they begin this year.

I don't even look at the CUSA board, at this point it has no meaning to me, because we have a complete full season left in the SBC.

I'm sure WKU fans will cause a few headaches of our own in 2014, when the grafts, pie charts, and spreadsheets start showing the real facts. Well at least in basketball. But football will be right around the corner. Then 10,15 years from now WKU fans will be the ones complaining about all the upstarts added to the conference..while we get passed over because of location even with 6, 7..10 NCAA bids out of those 10-15 years and a ton of bowl games also.

Just the nature of message boards...all fans think they are the best even with moderate success

Sometimes think I am on the CUSA board with all the CUSA signatures.
No big deal, but going to miss all the posters when they go over for good.
Could just stay and gripe here.

no.....you're not that bad. i'm really not either. but it's different over there. it probably sucks for some simply because they didn't get a call. then to see a bunch of teams coming in from a conference you've believed was inferior for years doesn't help matters.
