Thought I'd watch and pull for a CUSA mate. Man, are they getting drilled. Trying to live by the 3 pt shot, but currently getting picked apart by BYU...

One of my things is not guarding the white guy who can shoot from the outside. Well, it's BYU.

In the four quarter-final NIT games, the visitors won three of the games.

UAT, USM, and Virginia all lost at home.

The four remaining teams are Maryland, BYU, Iowa, and Baylor.

USM finished with 27 wins. Great season for them.

None of the 1-seeds made it to NYC.

Naming 2 SEC teams as 1 seeds was their undoing. I guess seeing actual results showing home losses to Tulane, Mercer,Baylor,AtM, Vandy and Dayton means you get the #1 seed if You are SEC and employed CM Newton at one time or another.

I thought Alabama, Kentucky, & Tennessee were all 1 seeds along with USM.

Tennessee was a 2, Virginia was the other 1-seed.

Ok. Can't make the SEC bias that obvious.

These teams were in the NIT. Who the hell cares if the NIT has an SEC bias? I assure you Kentucky fans didn't give a damn about being a 1 seed in the NIT.

It was a good season for Southern Miss. Hopefully next year they play a comparable schedule and find a way to win some of those bigger OOC games. We are going to need every solid team in the league next year to do that.

You better believe the NIT crapped their drawers because Kentucky couldn't play at Rupp.

It probably led to their most watched game in years.
