Might as well buy the Conference USA name and use that if they add USM and UAB.

That USM and UAB will be asked to join the whateverthehellitisconference next.
It would be hilarious if that indeed is what happens next. I could almost see that happening as an "F--- You UConn and Cinci" if the Ex-Conference*USA 2.0 schools found out that UConn and Cinci were doing something shady and knew they were gonna have to replace them soon anyways.

Both UConn and Cincy have both made it known that they want no part of the Merica 12.

Wonder why the Sun Belt is waiting to go ahead and invite Georgia Southern and Appalachian State. Both schools are wanting to move to FBS and are waiting on an invite from the Sun Belt. The SBC is already down to eight football schools.

The big question is will we need Finis the Pinis' approval to join the conference?

I think USM and UAB are as likely to get invited to Big East 2: Electric Bugaloo as the defectors are to come back to CUSA. Which is not likely.
