Georgia State (11-6, 2-1 CAA) has a game at Kennesaw State tomorrow.

Texas State (5-10) has games at Oregon today and tomorrow.

Interesting that ULM has decided to throw Cale Wine tonight against Ole Miss with conference play starting this weekend. He will be throwing on just two days rest, but he only threw 56 pitches as he didn't look good against NW State. Understand it could be a big win, but pretty risky too.

WKU falls 4-0 to Tennessee. The Hilltoppers are the only team in the SBC with an overall losing record.

ASU and Missouri State now tied at 2 in the 11th. ASU has run out of pitchers though.

TROY lost a bad one to UAB 9-3. Our starting pitcher recorded 2 outs. Didn't start the night on a very good note. Our bats couldn't put anything together.

So we are 0-2 against the state of Alabama so far (UAB/ASU). Both games on tuesday night.

TROY and USA face off this weekend in Troy. Should be a great series!

ASU gets a split with Missouri State with a 7-5 win today. Came back from a 4-0 1st inning deficit to win.

Off to the Ghetto this weekend....err Gary Hogan Field.

The Sun Belt posted a combined 7-8 record during the midweek.

I'm very interested to see how the Jags do this first weekend of conference play. Our starting pitching is a weakness and our offense sometimes disappears, but the back end of our bullpen has been extremely strong.

ASU's biggest weakness remains our hitting against left handed pitchers, and infield depth. While we may not have the same quality of ace that we had the last 3 years in Jacob Lee, we still have a decent starting rotation, and a strong back half of the pen.

It's getting better and the school and areas around are cleaning alot up! It needed that and is only improving! So is the baseball team

One of the favorite pasttimes at ASU games is for former players to get together and tell stories about shagging batting practice homers while carrying several baseball bats as protection.

Last time I got out to Gary Hoganm I got flashed a gang sign on my way into the parking lot.
