Jersey Guy editing award for the night
Just saw this:
http://30fps.mocksession.com/2013/03/12/...onference/

That's right, Ohio St won the Belmont Conference. Guess that throws a major wrinkle in the Big Ten going to 20 teams plan.

Take THAT, Delany! Now you know how it feels to be raided!

The same graphic also says that Gonzaga's WCC opponent this evening was "Mary's".

That's what happens when you have somebody that doesn't follow sports building your graphics.

Actually, the graphic says that Belmont won the Ohio State Conference.

no look above it- to the left says Missouri Valley and to the right says Creighton. Now look at the line- to the left says Belmont(where Missouri Valley was before) and to the right says Ohio St(where Creighton was before).

Darn! I was hoping Syracuse would get an invite to the Ohio State conference. They really offered Belmont over us?!? Oh, how the once proud Orange have fallen. 03-banghead

Cheers,
Neil

How about this from http://ajerseyguy.com/...

Quote:The Football Five – five surviving football schools....of Temple, Cincinnati, UConn and South Florida–will play as a 10 team conference next season with Rutgers and Louisville finishing up their Big East commitments before heading to the Big Ten and ACC in 2014. They will be joined next season by Memphis, Central Florida, SMU and Houston. In 2014, Tulane and East Carolina will replace Rutgers and Louisville.

I guess South and Florida split and are now two universities...

Of course... University of the South and University of Florida, both are founding members of the SEC.
