CONWAY, S.C. - No. 7 seed Longwood held No. 2 seed Winthrop scoreless for 8:05 late in Friday afternoon's VisitMyrtleBeach.com Big South Women's Basketball Championship quarterfinal tilt at The HTC Center. The Lancers reeled off a decisive 19-0 run during that time, leading to a 79-67 upset victory.

Winthrop owned a 62-58 lead with 8:16 remaining, after Dequesha McClanahan swished a jumper. However, those were the Eagles' final points until the 11-second mark as they went 0-13 from the field, 0-4 from the free throw line and committed four turnovers during the fateful span.
