The 247 recruiting web site carries a pretty long list of players that ODU has interest in. One of the most significant players that we have offered and is showing an interest in ODU is RICKY WALKER, a FOUR STAR defensive tackle from Bethel High School in Hampton. Walker is being pursued by more than 20 BCS schools, but ODU is one of only five schools that are shown as him having any interest. We may not get him, but at least we're competing. This is the kind of player we need to start bringing into the fold.

Exactly! We may not get some of these kids quite yet, but it shows the type of quality program we are in the process of building here to even be in the hunt with some of these schools. #RaiseTheBar
