Moos beat the fighting Kennedys today.

3 $EC bubble teams all lose today.

Will Southern Miss have a shot at a berth?

RE: Scores of Interest
Is this the year we finally get another non-BCS champion ?

Gonzaga and New Mexico should get #1 or #2 seeds.

We lose the tiebreaker to ECU, but beat Tulsa. In terms of seeding, we are still 5th, with a Thursaday game vs ECU

ECU's remaining two regular season games are both home games against Tulane and Marshall.

Tulsa plays the two worst teams in the conference, SMU and Rice.

UAB has UCF and then on to Memphis.

Not a favorable position for UAB.

I actually think we are in a more favorable position to get the 6th seed and a first round game vs. Rice than go up first game against ECU.

Yep, assuming we split the last 2, and Tulsa wins out, we get the 6...which may be better for us in the long run.

I like the way we're playing though--have the longest winning streak in the league right now!

Then UTEP in the second round.

Wouldn't the 6 seed take on #2 in the 2nd round, which would likely be So Miss?

No. The seven or ten seed would get the #2 seed.
1 v 8/9
2 v 7/10
3 v 6/11
4 v 5
