USM beat ECU. UAB is now in a 3-way tie for 4th place with ECU and Tulsa.

We lose the tiebreaker to ECU, but beat Tulsa. In terms of seeding, we are still 5th, with a Thursaday game vs ECU

Tulsa plays the two worst teams in the conference, SMU and Rice.

UAB has UCF and then on to Memphis.

I actually think we are in a more favorable position to get the 6th seed and a first round game vs. Rice than go up first game against ECU.

Where did the coach for ECU used to coach? He is pretty good.

Yep, assuming we split the last 2, and Tulsa wins out, we get the 6...which may be better for us in the long run.

I like the way we're playing though--have the longest winning streak in the league right now!

Wouldn't the 6 seed take on #2 in the 2nd round, which would likely be So Miss?

No. The seven or ten seed would get the #2 seed.
