I think that the game was lost down the stretch during the final 6-8 minutes when the Rockets had a chance to build a bit of separation but had a series of poor offensive possessions (turn overs, missed lay ups) when they could have made it rough on WMU. Also I kind of doubt that they are still the # 2 free throw team in the country any more (sarcasm).

I feel bad for Reese who had a super game (for naught) and for Dominic Buckley because he doesn't have another chance to win a division** or a championship, but other than that, it is really no big deal because they were not going anywhere this year anyway.

Next year should be their year, not this one.

I haven't been following Boothe 's HS team mate Darius Paul too closely but he sure quietly went about his business and racked up an impressive scoring total. He sure looked like a strong Freshman of the Year candidate tonight.
