That puts them well into halftime of Sunday's game. Yahoo! has BG playing all their home games in Wichita. I find both suspect. Where do you find live stats?

Well sometimes it feels like the drive to BG is about as far as to the wheat fields of Kansas.

CMU misses a long three - rebound Ball State. Game over. Ball State will be tough test for Rockets ending regular season game.

Rockets will be tired Sunday with three players logging 80+ minutes tonight and Riley playing fifty. We HAVE to get some minutes from the bench!

Ball State did it only playing 7 players again. That's really impressive. They need desperately to get the 2 seed and the byes to keep their players fresh in the tournament.

Looks like Bradford was the only chip to show up. She had 20 points & 21 boards, 3 assists, 2 steals & 4 blocks. 2 other starters didn't score at all, and CMU still lost.

RE: WBB - UT @ WMU Roll call!
Given the consistency of the UT defense, when the UT offense is also clicking they are a very formidable team.

It is a bit early to be looking ahead to Cleveland but, at this point IF each of the top four teams win the final two games they are supposed to, the season should end with conference records: UT 15-1 and CMU, Ball State & Akron all 12-4 and if I understand the tie breakers correctly the 2, 3 and 4 seeds would be Ball State, Akron and CMU respectively which would mean that the UT-CMU rubber match would be in the semi-finals on Friday at Cleveland with the winning taking on the Ball State Akron winner (assuming no upsets of CMU & Akron in the quarter finals).

However, if Ball State beats UT in the final game of the regular season, and all four teams win the rest of their (other) games then Ball State would be alone in the #2 slot, but tie breaker would now put CMU as #3 and Akron as #4. So Akron would play UT on Friday with the winner taking on the winner of a third CMU-Ball State match up in the other semi-final game. (again assuming no upsets in the quarterfinals)

Still a lot of basketball to be played and the situation is still fluid and could change.

RE: WBB - UT @ WMU Roll call!
Just got back from Kalamazoo. I know a lot of you watched feeds, but I was in complete disbelief at the kind of god-awful shots UT was throwing up that went straight in the net. That hoop was about a yard wide in the first half. It seemed like Yo was the only rocket who couldn't throw up anything she wanted that first half and have it go in. I feel like everyone on the team is playing their best right now, let's hope it carries over for a good month and a half.

Also, we got to Kalamazoo with 1hr 45mins before the game and decided dinner would be a good way to kill some time before getting to the arena. I just happened to catch this place called Comensoli's as we drove by and I was immensely pleased with my pasta with creamy gorgonzola and beef tips. The owner was really nice, and when we chatted, it turned out he had just been in Toledo last night for the men's game! Apparently, the teams have eaten there so much, it sounds like he's got something of an affinity for Toledo now. If anyone here wants a place to eat before a game and likes Italian, look it up!
