We led ULM by 51 with just over 5 minutes left until we put our walkons in.

I don't think Kermit can mess it up this year.

What is your RPI? Are you an at-large if you drop a tourney game?

And thats why I LOATHE RPI. Its the only measure I know that punishes a team for a win and rewards a team for a loss.

I think we have to win out in the regular season. Probably have to win the quarterfinal game too.

We cannot afford another loss in the regular season and the tourney.

RPI sits at #27, but was at #22 before the ULM game.

We went up after beating South Alabama.

I think you misunderstand me. I don't intend to get the thread off topic so I'll say this and be done. Feel free to PM me if you'd like.

I am all for welfare and helping people. I'm the type of person that helps anyone any time I can. As a matter of fact, I've had to remove "friends" from my life because I'm the type that can't say 'No' and short myself to give to others. It's the abuse of welfare I don't like and can't stand. Our welfare system is broken. That was the intent of my post. Again I don't intend to derail the topic or have this thread sent to the smack board. I was just making a joke at our current welfare system.

We are trying to pass a bill in TN that prohibits EBT cards for liquor, etc. This gentleman (Senator Tracy) is a friend of mine.

I wish there was a fix to our welfare system, but if there is, it hasn't been found yet.

It really ticks me off that states continue to pass these laws that require drug tests to receive welfare, not because I think that's a bad idea, but because every state that has tried it has lost money, because like 98% of welfare recipients are passing and costing the tax payers $30 a test and people who don't bother to research these bills before voting just assume that cutting off the "junky freeloaders" is going to save the taxpayers tons and tons of money.

I would like to fix the system, so that the leeches can't take advantage of the system, but again, don't know what the fix is.
