My son and I will head to Knoxville tomorrow to root for the Bucs at 3pm. It would be great to see dozens of fellow Bucs there! 6 and 1....hopefully this team can keep it up.

Here's the question, do you want to spend on something like that or go all in for something that can be moved around - ie a truck? Either way, I don't know that ETSU, even with their new hire (and a damn great one btw) can get the financials as well as the bodies to pull off really good tv broadcasts of baseball. Two on the baselines, two in the outfield, one upstairs on the talent, etc... Not being a Debbie Downer but I'll be honest, I'd rather see the money spent towards football right now.

But that stuff is pretty cool.

Buccaneerlover....that stuff is portable. Put it anywhere you want. Baseball...two cameras behind the plate, one in CF and two others along the RF and LF stands. You can cut to any shot, cover every aspect from this configuration. If you are going to be wired...the cable runs can be very long. The switching unit in the media box to CF...you looking at a thousand feet!

What does it look like and how durable is it? I guess I'm thinking a scenario of you get what you pay for. If it works great, but if you're gonna go big, be big.

I agree with Buc90, it is time to see a baseball forum on here. How does America's past-time not have a forum already? It's one of the four major sports in the country.

Buc90 -you bet! We certainly need to support baseball, as they are now one of only a few of our present athletic programs that is exciting/encouraging/competitive and have a winning record.

College baseball is like weather in middle Tennessee. Give it 20 minutes, it'll change drastically.

It's now 6-5 Tennessee in the top of the 4th. The Buc comeback is evident. There's a light rain falling.

I believe the Bucs also started a pitcher who has only pitched 2/3 of an inning all year. Might be an indication of how seriously this game is really taken. Nice to beat the basevols, but it has become old hat. After winning I believe 5 of the last 6, is this a serious contest or approached as just another tune up for conference play?

fgcu is getting screwed. their only 2 losses are by 1 point each to notre dame 6-5 and fau 9-8. theyve won everything else including beating #13 florida 3 times in gainesville: 8-2, 8-3, 7-4. yet, fgcu is only ranked #23. i wouldve thought theyd be about a half dozen spots higher or so

If we can sweep Marist this weekend. We will have a 9-2 record.
