I think my Orange will be hype up for WVU this year even at Morgandump. I hope we get a shot at WVU before UofL and Pitt do 05-stirthepot

So back to the real world. I'd say either Pitt or UL have a chance. Rutgers or USF if it were at home have a remote chance.

Maybe you should rephrase your question to "What year will WVU lose a BEast football game, 2007 or 2008 or 2009 ? " 03-wink

You're sounding a lot like Louisville fans before last season. You got to play the game and in reality @ Pitt or @ Louisville this year.

If next yrs team shows up with the same intesity/effort that they did last yr...UL is the only team in the BE that could beat them...If they think all they have to do is show up like Mounty teams that have been preseason top 10 in the past (2004, 1998)...then we could lose to a lot of people

-- Pitt doesn't scare me near as much as UL does. Greg Lee is in the NFL...there best RB transfered...We should be alright in that one

But Pitt has a monster of a running back coming in. This guy is the real deal.
just remember the name kevin Collier. Cuse was after him real hard. Hes from a suburb of my hometown in Rochester. Now Cuse is going after his brother, who maybe just as good.

Again, we were told the same. Nobody thought USF would smack us around especially after what we did to them the year before. Plus, going into last year who would have thought WVU would go 11-1 after losing players like Kay Jay Harris, Chris Henry, Rasheed Marshall and Adam Jones.

Let the season play out and don't make reservations for Tempe just yet. Louisville, Pitt, Rutgers and USF will have something to say about that. This is a much tougher league then people give it credit for, you as a WVU fan should already know this.

--Totally agree.....if WVU does not play its "A" game every week...it could easily have several BE losses....In fact my pre-spring practice prediction is UL going to the BCS and WVU ending up in the Sun bowl...Hope I'm wrong but that's how I see it

Actually, the Mountaineers have owned Pitt in Pittsburgh recently, and Pitt has won a few game in Morgantown. Of late, more often than not, the away team has come away the winner. The game at Papa John's remains an unknown quantity at present. It depends on what kind of season Bush has and how well Brohm rehabilitates his knee. Injuries could render everything moot, but we shall see in the fall.
