Personally, I was the last person to leave my section, several minutes after the court had cleared. It was the end of an era. No more Memphis blue in The Bart.

I don't know the intricate techniques of good college basketball, but as Jackie Gleason once said, "You don't have to be Alexander Graham Bell to pick up a phone and know it isn't working". I saw a number of shots missed that were wide open, point blank jump shots that either missed the goal entirely or hit it so hard they rebounded to the foul line. Yes, missed 3 point shots made it worse, but we were missing the "gimme" type inside shots and making sloppy passes that were "Tiger friendly". The difference in the score was the difference in the 2 point shots, not the ones from the perimeter. This was a problem last year and the players have not eliminated it this season. Had Memphis not suffered some "cold spells" as well, the margin could have been worse. I'm sure Pastner is pointing out some episodes of poor play to his team like Haase is to ours.
