We have hit a two pointer in every game since 1978. It's the only streak we have left.

This game proves (once again) the fallibility of statistics as a measure of a particular game. By their statistics we should have won this game - going away. Tonight we were the personification of the old movie title -- "The Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight". We have seen it before (0-17?) and I hope it is a long time until we see it again. While it was bad to go 0-whatever from 3 pt range, I heard too much of "___ gets a point blank short jump shot but misses" to blame the loss solely on the problems with the long ball.

We shot 26%. statistics say we should have lost this game

UAB was 8-13 from the FT line. UCF was 14-16. That backfired!

Another strange stat. We had 25 offensive rebounds tonight. Our previous high this year was 15. Of those 25 offensive rebounds, we only had 12 second chance points. How does that happen.

When you shoot 26%, that explains it MB.
