RE: Jeff Brohm to WKU?
The OC "coach's carousel" is just as much a part of the action as the one for HC. There are many OCs who were left without jobs when their HC (along with his staff) was fired and might well be good replacements, as Brohm was for Wilson. After all, there are MANY good OCs out there, not just one. This may work out just fine if McGee can make the right choice.

Petrino hasn't made just one error in judgment. He's made many. How he left Louisville. How he left Atlanta. How he secretly interviewed (illegally) for the Auburn job.

The co-ed was just the latest in a long string of examples of his lack of morals and ethics. He only cares about himself.

Not sure how he illegally interviewed for the Auburn job. Also not sure how he was wrong in leaving Louisville since he got 5 million from the Falcons. What if he had stayed at the Falcons and got fired at the end of the year? It probably worked at best for both parties.

Auburn still had a coach & no courtesy call was made to Louisville to ask for the interview.

Not sure how he left Louisville, but he quit on the Falcons & didn't even tell the players.

Yes, there have been many instances like this besides just the one with the volleyball player.

But please tell me how this reflects on McGee or Brohm? If either one was covering for him then maybe. How many of you would quit your job tomorrow if you found out your boss was an adulterer, quit another job without much notice to take the job he has now, or was asked about whether he'd want to take another job before the person was officially released? Not everyone is a fortunate as I am, my boss heals the sick, make the lame to walk, and died for our sins. Even Petrino's sins!

I didn't say it reflected on McGee or Brohm, just that this wasn't the only incident for Petrino.

Well, I think the point is that if you lay down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

Maybe it doesn't reflect poorly on McGee or Brohm but McGee does have his own bad judgement skeletons too. Not saying they are related to Petrino but he did name him as his mentor very publicly.
Just saying.

Still don't think that is illegal though
He probably would have been fired by the Falcons by the end of the year

If Brohm decides to work for him again, it reflects on Brohm. I've not heard McGee speak out against Petrino since that happened. But he's also not endorsed him.

Well judging by rivals he may be long gone. The Petrino plan is in motion on the southside.

I'd gladly serve as OC next year and call plays for half of what Brohm makes:

"Hand the ball to Number Five."

Coach McGee is the OC not in titled but in practice, we all knew it so did Brohm, so if you want to be the OC Western Kentucky may be the better fit.

RE: Jeff Brohm to WKU?
McGee appears to be very hands on, it could be like many close relationships, however it may have more to do with timing.
