It will be the ultimate battle in styles as Ga Southern's run oriented triple option faces the pass happy Old Dominion spread. ODU's Taylor Heineke set an division one record earlier this year with 730 passing yards in one game. Ga Southern's QB Jerrick McKinnon set a FCS playoff record last week with 315 rushing yards for a QB. Can ODU get revenge from last year when Ga Southern knocked them out of the playoffs in a 56-48 shootout?

Should be an interesting game for "diehard" football fans.

Excuse me, as I'm younger, but I'm assuming we were once in the same conference together? We met 8 consecutive years from 1985-1992 and ga southern took the final 7 games.
Was it the old Yankee conference?

Yeah, even though a lot of the Georgia Southern fans do not root for us when we are winning FCS National Championships I am still rooting for the Georgia Southern Eagles to GATA and run Old Dominion into the Atlantic Ocean.
