Seems to me this is respect for SBC football.

CMU is bad, ECU can't play offense, Ohio U. is a trainwreck and Arkansas State is damn good.

I see 4 possible wins here, and ppl might stop looking down on the SBC. 4-0 in postseason play is pretty damn good. GO SBC!!!!

That's a bad scouting report on our team. Now if you wanted to say we can't play a lick of pass defense you'd be dead right. It took us a while to get going on offense, but over the last 6 games we've averaged 42 ppg.

It is good to see some SBC teams favored, but all these are essentially pickem spreads.

I know what it is I can read. I am just stating that if we were to go 4-0 this postseason it would be awesome. With these spreads maybe ppl are starting to take notice in the SBC, so we should keep the momentum rolling.

ECU cannot play offense? not sure about that, would think its the other way around, they cannot play defense...I think all of these game are going to be shootouts especialy the laf. and ecu game..That one has the makings of a big time shootout with combined points over a 100...I say we win 3 games for sure..Ark. St I think will have toughest time, as they may feel been there done that already and Kent. st. going to first bowl game will be really motivated..Sometimes with these bowl games its about who wants to be there the most....Can see Kent st. beating Ark. St. but other 3 sbc schools have a very good chance of coming out with the win...

Games in the 60's don't happen often, but this game being in the 40's wouldn't surprise me in the least. We'll try to run the ball a lot as well.

I'm a wise guy and I pick all SBC teams as well.

Give App State 22 more scholarships and ECU would have one more loss this season.

I expected exactly what ended up happening.

We play a very close game, the fourth quarter rolls around, 3rd string is playing 3rd string, so you pull away in the waning minutes of the game. it has nothing to do with getting "BCS level" recruits. Its a numbers game. When you have less scholarship players, you either have to keep your 1st and 2nd team out there longer so they're tired or you have to play freshman and non scholly players. Pretty simple concept.

It had everything to do with having less scholarship players and you know it.

Now back to the topic of the Sunbelt sweeping it's 4 bowls.

Some of your boys on the CUSA board are not happy about the NO Bowl...some actually look down on UL. Not cool. Considering the level at which our respective conferences played at this year, I would think a bit more respect might be in order.. Pass it on to the morons on the CUSA board.
