Bowl Tie Ins
I know Ark State fan has answered this many, many times. But, I couldn't find any threads relating to bowl tie ins. How are tie ins negotiated? It seems that I remember that it was an average of the number of eligible teams from a running number of years. So, if we had four eligible in 2011, 5 eligible in 2012, we're eligible for 4 spots? (Assuming a 2 year running average, which I'm sure it's longer than that).

Also, how will a departing team be figured into the equation? Will their eligible years count for the former conference or the new conference?

Not sure that it will matter as we likely will be lucky to hold onto the ones we currently have, but was just trying to find something positive before I jump.
