The Tigers outrebounded South Alabama, 46-31, led by Robert Covington, who pulled down rebounds to go along with nine points.

Augustine Rubit led South Alabama with 21 points.

TSU is pretty good. They played us tough last year at the Gentry Center in Nashville. Good thing they're coming here this year.

Happens every season in SBC basketball, just when a team has a great win, they end up losing to a team they should not lose too....

I was at that game. We pounded 'em pretty good.

I think they gave us a tough game for a half, though.
