If there is truth to this I'll be pissed TF off. What would be the point of Pitt, Cuse, VT, Miami, and BC to leave the Big East just so the ACC could turn into the Big East.

I think 1 makes more sense, along with UConn. I think Georgetown has to be a favorite- from only a factor of keeping the dc market.

Sh1t... if we're just adding schools for a g'damn market, just add Louisville, Temple, and Cincinnati. At least Philly, and Cincinnati opens up a recruiting areas and Louisville brings a quality football program. And all 3 are quality hoops schools... Any more non football schools are suicidal for the league. Might as well kick FSU & Clemson out because they'll be looking for the first door, or even kick the door down.

I don't think that is anything more than some guy's opinion. Nothing in that lead me to believe it is anything more than a fantasy.

At this point everyone is just throwing out their opinions and hoping they stick, we saw the same sort of thing the last time expansion rumors were floated around.

As someone else noted in anther thread, there are no sources of any kind in this article.

ahhhhhhhhhhh in a way yes you're right... But for the love of god, 1 non football school is enough. At this rate, I have some buyers remorse and wished Pitt joined the Big XII when we had the chance.

Yes... Either ND = 14 and stop, or simply add Louisville and call it a day.

Rubin is just throwing out "what ifs".

notre dame is one thing for non football schools but if we add more it would be bigeast 3.0 with more $$
