As someone stated before I believe this game was picked up by SNY a while ago. These games are decided on prior to the start of the season usually.

Most of them do I agree, But why would someone wanna watch Florida State take Maryland behind the woodshed?

This game was set as the "Big East Network Game of the Week" when the schedule came out, that automatically means it airs at 12:00 pm and on the local channels in Big East country.
