News for Broncos / Aztec fans.
Tonight on ESPNU North Carolina plays our future conference mate Long Beach State at 9 mtn time. The Beach always seems to catch 1 or 2 teams early. This could be a good showcase for one of the better Big West teams.

Its 24-21 with Long Beach out in front! Wouldn't it be great to see a Big West team bounce an ACC member?

Thanks for the heads up WTR.

Long Beach played pretty well. Only down by 2 at halftime if I remember. Lost by 15. They have a really cool venue and what looks like another solid team. The Big West really has an interesting mix of teams, styles, and facilities. A few gyms seat less than 3,000 fans. Looking forward to a few road trips but will probably need to plan something else to go with it.

I love "The Pyramid". Nice venue, loud, with no bad seats.
