Lynch is good, but to think that anyone in the MAC deserves Heisman consideration with the lack of defense in this conference, is absolutely, positively, ridiculous.

Lynch should be thanking Tuke for making ZERO adjustments all game. Tuke handed Lynch and NIU the game.

Well at least we probably guaranteed that NIU loses their coach to a bcs school...hope thy make a bad hire.

Maybe they'll hire Tuke to take over?

He did coach them to a victory tonight.

I'll try to look on the bright side: Many of our fans didn't want to play in Detroit. We sure don't have to worry about that happening for a while.

So NIU goes on to win their THIRD straight MAC West division title... I do NOT like the sound of that. It makes Toledo seem like a ghost. I want to be back on top :(

Well that's because we weren't... moron. In fact, we never should have been top 25. Most of us thought you were the better team all along. Way to be classy NIU.

Congratulations to the Huskies for a fine performance tonight.

So... same crap different year. 2 nationally televised games in a row. 2 embarrassing performances. Getting so tired of this. Can you really blame the Blade for ignoring the Rockets? At least they don't get all amped up to just be disappointed year after year. I envy them for that.

I hate OSU, but look at them. They have nothing to play for, yet they play hard every week and are undefeated. We play for ranking, titles, and stand out bowl appearances, and what do we do? Lay eggs. Ugh.

I completely disagree. We may be the media favorite going in (as we have been the past 2 years), but we'll have a great beginning to the season, then lose to Ball State in Muncie (they will be very tough), and drop another shootout to you. Losing the west by a game. You'll be fine. NIU never has a problem reloading.

We, on the other hand, are a broken record.
