I can't remember if I've asked this or not but what does "Tomato Can" mean?

Yeah right, and I can't remeber if I answered before but how about this from Wiki:

Quote:In boxing, kickboxing or mixed martial arts, "tomato can" or simply "tomato" or "can" is an idiom for a fighter with poor or diminished skills (at least when compared with the opponent they are placed against) who may be considered an easy opponent to defeat, or a "guaranteed win." Fights with "tomato cans" can be arranged to inflate the win total of a professional fighter.

Those are some really nice trips for Louisville, Providence, and Depaul. When a team goes to a tournament at a tropical resort, do they get any time to hit the beach and pick up latinas, or do they have to stay focused on basketball?

That's a pretty cool term. I'm going to start referring to my boss as a Tomato Can and see if he gets it! hahahaha

St. Johns is up by 10 at the half over charleston on the road 36-26. Charleston came into this game as a four & a half point favorite. St. Johns has done it so far with a balanced offense & stingy defense.

St John's wins 64-53 over Charleston a very good road win for Lav's young team. D'Angelo Harrison led the Johnnies again tonight with 21 points. He looks like a first team all BE player...we'll see.

Great game going on in Puerto Rico between the Friars & the Minutemen. Providence is up 62-57 with 7:30 to go. They were trailing by as much as 12 to Umass which looks like the better team. The friars are without their best player vincent council but the have exploded in the second half to take the lead. Kadeem Batts leads the team with 14 so far.

Prov was supposed to have two top 20 recruits playing in this game also, but Ricky Ledo is ineligble this year & Kris Dunn is out the first semester & may redshirt. Prov 65-60 with 5:30 to go. Gritty, gritty performance...BE style!
