That's actually about what I figured Louisville would play in my head. Thanks for posting this!

That would be well received with UCF fans. We also get South Carolina at home next year.... I don't know how many games we'll win, but it should be a fun ride.

Very few games, if any, that will register national interest
Be leadership has taken lemons, and made more lemons

You echo the sentiment of the naysayers after the first "raid"..
At least you took original, and made more original.

How many games this year have registered national interest?? Did you think that Alabama, Notre Dame and USC might join the Big East? Whining doesn't change anything, it is what it is, and it will be really good with some time to get it going.

Didn't you know? Syracuse and Pittsburgh are the only reason anyone watches Big East football! At least we still have USF! The Bulls probably won't be here long though, they're such a huge TV draw that I'm sure the SEC has them on the phone already.
You know, when you guys quote BullsBEAST, it completely defeats the point of having him on my ignore list. This board is so much more enjoyable when nobody pays attention to that troll.

I think there is ZERO chance we host USF the first time around. They'll make sure of that.

RE: 2013-2014 mock bigeast conference schedule
You might be right. Not arguing you there. I wonder if the schedule will reflect how the Home and Away games have been in past, or it will be a totally new way of scheduling. I could see UC making a big stink though if we have to go to Louisville two years in a row.

I think the only change here will be UConn home instead of Cincinnati. Cincinnati was a home game this year and I think the BE will want to keep Temple tied with UConn and Rutgers for at least year 1.
Add in the OCG’s and it may look something like:
@ ND
@ SMU
Fordham
UConn
@ Idaho
Houston
@ Rutgers
Army
Memphis
@ South Florida
Boise State
@ San Diego State

I am FULLY supportive of not hosting USF the first time around, but not because i'm a nice guy.
Think about.
South Carolina, Bethune Cookman, Akron, + 4 conference games at home, then USF in Tampa and FIU in miami (both of those games are EASILY driveable).
We could be looking at seeing 9 games in Florida.

That's actually a really good point. I doubt Beth-Cookman or Akron will do much for attendance, but SCar fans travel great, and UCF fans will definitely show up in droves too. The four BE home games should all have strong attendance. Easy trips to USF and FIU. Even if it doesn't work out an we end up hosting USF, it's still USF at home. Can't wait for next year to begin.
