Just bundle up! The cold games are fun, if they're packed. If there's only a few people there it's not really all that exciting. But hey it's a GA sellout - so get out there and have fun, right?

They have won five games in a row, but didn't even score earlier in the year when they played San Jose State (both TxSt and UTSA at least scored in the twenties). Considering last years 42-14 game it makes you wonder if Troy really stacks up well against Navy and their TO. Should make it an interesting game. Thought Troy would beat Tennessee, not as sure about them beating Navy, but will be pulling for Troy like crazy.

Troy is sold out for the Navy thing because of their Army presence----and that is the only reason!!!! Well that is MHO!!!

Flash, Troy is 30 minutes from the home of Army aviation, and they drive a freaking Air Farce replica plane on the field for TD's. No Army love for Troy.

Troy should drive a helicopter across the field. The only reason the Army guys will show up is to see Navy lose, not for Troy to win. Navy is a big name, a lot of people are retired Navy that will go to this game. Navy has a game in Mobile in a couple years and we expect a huge showing from Navy and Pensicola.

Go Troy!!! Beat Navy!!!

Just another OOC win for the conference.

Doesn't Troy have a "campus" on many of the Army Bases ? I would think a lot of the Army folks, are, indeed, rooting for Troy

Yes, they do, and a LOT of military people have degrees or at least a lot of course work from Troy. Not just Army bases, though. They have a campus at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, and also at the NAS in New Orleans, along with many other military installations worldwide.

But they do get some [mostly good-natured] flack from the Ft. Rucker guys for not using a replica Army Chopper or even an Army fixed wing aircraft.

I went to a Cajuns game at Troy when my son was at Rucker. I have to say that it is a very nice gameday experience; not Cajun Field nice, but the stadium was nice and the folks were friendly.
