GreekTopper's greatest hits...
"For ALL those MTSU fans that say recruiting ranking don"t mean anything, do you still believe that? You were pushed all over the field last night. Look at the ranking over that last 3 years and see where those teams are at. See WKU and FIU.

Oh by the way our no name running backs will be in your backfield all night long! Have a good season! Go Tops"

"Forecast for MTSU on November 1 is extreme pain and defeat. GO TOPS04-rock"

"Here is what I don't understand. FIU and WKU have about the same situations returning this year. Yet everyone is singing about FIU and discounting WKU. Remember we beat FIU last year. I stick with my prediction that the winner of the belt will be the winner of the WKU FIU game in Miami. I am going with the TOPS"

"Oh I forgot to mention that WKU will win the SunBelt this year and be the first team from the SunBelt to crack the top 25 ! Why?

Because Angry Andrew says so, that's why."

"Here are the reasons WKU fans feel like we are going to win the Sunbelt this year:
WKU has had the #1 or #2 recruiting class the last 4 years. That translates to wins on the field.

WKU has most of its team returning that nearly ran the table in the conference last year.

WKU has a four year starting QB.

WKU did lose Rainey, but we have a trio of backs that will put up the same amount of rushing yardage because that is how our system works. We use the original West Coast Offense that is predicated on rushing the ball, winning time of possession, nearly 38 min a game last year, and winning the battle in the trenches.

WKU returns nearly the entire offensive line minus one starter.

WKU returns one of the top overall defenses in the Sunbelt.

Last year was not a fluke and for those of you that are leaning on that Idea I can guarantee you that the coaching staffs at the other Sunbelt Schools are not that dumb. They know that WKU is one of the teams to beat. Our coaching staff is positioning WKU to be the first Sunbelt team in the top 25, which is possible going 3 and 1 in the preconference schedule and a good showing at Alabama."

"Here is how I see WKU's schedule from First to Worst.

1. Alabama 01-ncaabbs
2. FIU 05-mafia
3. Southern Miss05-mafia
4. Kentucky 03-nutkick
5 Ark State 05-mafia
6. ULL 04-chairshot
7. Troy 04-chairshot
8. ULM 04-chairshot
9.North Texas 02-13-banana
10 FAU 02-13-banana
11 Toss-Up (Austin Peay and Muts) 03-lmfao"

And my personal favorite

"Overlooking WKU
I know that the preseason predictions on this board are just opinions, but most you are blind when it comes to WKU. Let look at the facts:

WKU went 7-1 in the conference and was one play away for being 8-0.

WKU returns 18 starters and 22 seniors, most in the SBC

WKU loses only 2 players from the offense and yes we do have players that can run the football behind a veteran offensive line. Those players include two MR. Footballs in the state of Kentucky. Willie says “We are loaded at running back and no one knows it.”

WKU has a 4 year starting senior QB that can get the job done. See 7-1 in the conference last year.

WKU has had the top rated recruiting class the last 3 out of 4 years according to Rivals.

WKU has one of the top rated Defenses returning.

WKU has the top returning secondary in the conference.

WKU has the best player in the conference on Defense ANDREW JACKSON

WKU has most likely the highest rated player EVER out of high school that transferred from Florida playing safety this year in Jonathan Dowling.

Rivals rated him the 2 best safety and top 10 best overall player coming out of high school. He will be a sophomore.

The conference championship will be played at FIU this year and the winner between FIU and WKU will be conference champs.
GO TOPS"

Scoreboard.

Nice game plan by stockdale , can't sack a QB whom don't a ball in their hand more than 2 secs. You guys being able to run early set the tone and I knew we was in trouble.
