I love how one reason that this isn't a violation of the 4th Amendment is that you have a choice of how you're searched.

Actually, with TSA I feel LESS safe. I fear them stealing anything of value in checked luggage more than I fear a terrorist. I REFUSE to have checked luggage when flying. I will ship it to myself via UPS before I check it.

Even worse one is.. they've agreed to "possibly" hear a case involving a couple of Nigerians and a Nigerian foreign company. I've yet to figure out how the SCOTUS has any responsibility in that case.
