Noland said in the Jim Bailey interview that he was going to fix the merchandising issue. I have no idea if this is related to Noland in any way, but this is the first time I've ever seen a decent ETSU hat at Walmart. Keep in mind that this is the same Walmart that sells Appalachian State duct tape.

Walmart is bad about D shelving hats. It's seemingly moronic on their part, because people won't buy any hats if they don't see them.
They could lower their set with the T-shirts and drop a shelf of hats over and sell more, but that would require extra effort on some folks at your local Walmart that ain't gonna happen unless they're ordered to do it from a regional guy.
They're in the door though, that's a start.

They also have some ETSU t-shirts and shorts. Yes on the UT stuff.
