The ASU game on FSN was one of Raycom's games. Raycom gets 13 over the air games (dubbed the ACC Network) plus 14 regional cable games (sold to a combo of FOX Sports, Comcast SportsNet & NESN).
How many football and basketball games does raycom get in the 2010 deal and the new deal?
I don't think the terms have changed, but we won't know until SU and Pitt become members. If anything could increase, maybe the RSN package. Over-the-air in football is tough to increase without split distributions. They do split distributions in MBK for the over-the-air package in some windows, maybe they would do more of those.
Its a negotiation between Raycom and ESPN, so they have time to figure it out. Note that the ESPN's sublicense agreements to FOX Sports and Comcast for SEC sports was not for the life of their TV deal, but only six years and is the reason why the SEC is expected to have a conference network once those agreements expire.
The existing deal
Football = 27 games. 13 over-the-air, 14 regional cable
Basketball
33* over the air regular season games (all conference games)
31 regional cable games (16 conference games, 15 non-conference games)
Coexist of the entire ACC tournament with ESPN national networks
*includes 1st UNC-Duke game where ESPN and Raycom coexist coverage
I checked prior years. 33 is right about the number that Raycom previously handled in syndication. The number of conference games in the RSN package increased from previously.
Raycom also manages a set of women's basketball games (RSNs only, includes part of tourney) and is allowed to syndicate any championships that ESPN elects not to carry to RSNs.
