Technically you won't finish anywhere in the Sun Belt, regardless of record.

That technicality has not stopped this from feeling like the longest offseason in our short history.

And I'm sure it won't stop the smack talk/jibes/jibber jabber from flying come football season.

I pity the fool who does drop one to us!
I'm looking at you Troy! 05-stirthepot

Which games would you point to as probable wins, Dedsquirrl?

Probable? In the actual Sun Belt?
None.

Which ones do u feel is more possible for USA is the better question?

RE: Phil Steele's Sunbelt Preview
Well its conceviable that FAU could finsih below USA based on our record last year and whats left in the program.

Pelini brought in a LOT of JUCO talent and is changing the offense to a spread. We just found out that the JUCO QB we wanted passed all his classes and has enrolled for the Fall so well see.

I go into this year with no expectations.

Troy and FAU.

Troy only because it is our first Sun Belt Home Game ever and early enough in the season to where the boys won't be too beat to hell.
The atmosphere is going to be electric and an upset could happen.
Our boys play up and theirs play down and it would be Magic in Mobile.
Not likely. But optimism is more fun that pessimism.

FAU had a rough season last year.
It's a home game.

I'm thinking USA will probably lose one they shouldn't and win one or two they shouldn't. 3 to 4 W's seems fairly realistic to me.

God I hope not.
The only two games we are favored in are UTSA and Nicholls State.

And we need to represent when Junior CUSA faces off against Junior Sun Belt.
