Some very good points, basically the second quote sums it up. The advice is very good, don't air the dirty laundry in front of the neighbors.

Yeah, I view it like two used car salesmen (fans of the Big 12 and FSU fans) trying to sell their respective entity (big12/FSU) on the virtues of a merger. All hype, no analysis of hard numbers. "See, this has the leather seats and the big tires, what more reason do you need to buy a car?"

It may be the right decision, but facts are lacking.

First thing I would do is get rid of the idiot Chairman of the BOT...what a moron. I couldn't believe he mouthed off like that and he was worng on some of his assumptions.
