So I posted the feel good thread, now I have this here for the parting shots at these two programs. This is your chance, consider this the roast of our two former confrence mates.

My turn:

FAU will TRULY miss FIU and UNT. We've managed to kick thir arse severly in football over the last 7 years only losing 3 times to both schools.

P.S. Please keep this good natured and in the spirit of fun, its not meant to be a total bash fest.

If dahbeed's post in the other thrread was his "feel good" thoughts, I'm wondering what he will post here.

well played amigo. the folks that have been here know me so they understand.

it's the txst and gsu folks that'll have to adjust to my drive-by posts.

i actually have some pretty good friends (i think) on the unt side from meeting them at hoops conference tourneys and wish them the best. all except adub4ever as he's a dork.

don't know any of the fiu folks but really respected their foolsball team last year and it was a hella win for us.

i don't believe in long sloppy kisses between males so i'll stand by my feel good wishes in the other thread.

"I'm happy I never have to make a trip to rural Alabama gain" do you all still get mad at me when I talk about UNT football Because it's so horrible to fly to Montgomery and drive straight down a highway

This is awkward. Probably the nicest roast in the history of roasting people. It's like getting pissed at your brother and want to vocalize it, but you can't say anything too harsh because you know it's your brother.

UNT does have a nice stadium I actually saw it not to long ago for the first time while visiting a friend.

I hope FIU and UNT meet every year for the CUSA title game. Since 2005 ASU is 12-2 against them, watching them do better in CUSA than they did in the Sun Belt would make my day.

I agree with this, since the majority of the SBC has kicked the crap out these 2 programs for seven years or so, it would just help our case that the SBC is = or better than CUSA.

I mean who DOESNT have a winning record against UNT and FIU anyway?

MT doesn't have a winning record against UNT, and we're 4-3 against FIU, so we need to beat them this year to preserve that...
