These non Georgia State Sun Belt fans are going to get tired of the downtown Atlanta crowd's bloviation real quick, that's when things will get interesting. These Ga. Staters already inferred that they've come to save the Sun Belt from "celler dweller" status, with their 9-13 record. Oh, but their academics are top notch.
My question is, who's "the big win going to be against in 2012 ?
Looking at their schedule, they could be 9-24 entering FBS.
Yup, they're really going to save the Sun Belt aren't they.

What are you on about? LOL? Who has inferred that? I expect to struggle initially just like any move up. Luckily I have faith that the Presidents and Benson want SEC Lite and not SoCon 2.0. But time will tell.

By the way, there is nothing better than a poster who lists THREE schools from the state as schools he roots for. Hail Southern unless Georgia is playing Florida right? LOL

Not too sure where you're coming from. Most of the Georgia State, even over at Panthertalk, know we're in for some rough years joining the Sun Belt so soon. We've come in saying that we hope to help the conference become stronger and to strengthen it's image.

Why do you think you can come over here and trash talk a member of the Sun Belt for no apparent reason and that's ok?

CUSA you just stepped into that role as well with UNCC and ODU.

,,,and UTSA. No matter what anyone says, they have played ONE season of football

Ditto (man, I hate that word). How could anyone forget good ole UTSA? Seems like they're trying to sneak in there unscathed. Way to go, Panama. You nailed their fannies.02-13-banana

I'm gonna settle it once and for all. The A-Sun has the market cornered on transition teams, period. We're the homeless shelter so teams like UCF, FAU, Ga. St., Troy, Belmont, FIU, Gardner Webb, Campbell, Kennesaw St., Florida Gulf Coast, SC Upstate and now Northern Kentucky can move up, get on some decent footing then move on.
It should be renamed the Halfway House Athletic Conference.
Though it does warm my heart seeing C-USA take FCS transitional teams.
