One can actually join in 2013, the others can be championship eligible in 2015 at the earliest.

NMSU (in)
App. State (Solid FCS team, good in more than a few Olympic sports too)
Charlotte (market/up and coming)
Ga. Southern (no market/solid FCS team)

No, no, UTEP is the major stockholder there.

NO TO NMSU!!!! With Denver leaving we have a great footprint. The cost of sending teams to Colorado was hurting school/conference pockets. We don't want to be like the Big EAST adding a team from the WEST.
