We just spent some time getting rid of some dead wood and getting our mojo back in whack. We are going to make your football team look so bad come September that they will be crying uncle. Your fans will be so destroyed that they will not even want to eat Eastern BBQ after the game. Any of your fans taking girlfriends to the game just as well write off that night.

Although I am thrilled to be "moving up" in the world. I can't help but wish that some of you guys could come with. I've grown to respect you guys/schools. Kind of pissed that MT got the shaft. Always felt that they were our "athletic sibling" trying to make our way in this cruel world of college sports. You too Troy and Ark State.

I don't think you are going to a better conference....but I do think you are going to a conference that is better for you. The combination of opponents is perfect for you this time. Enjoy it, you have been on an island too long.

I don't get why Middle Tenn fans are the main people complaining every time we add a new team. Had you guys gone to conference USA like most your fans hoped you would have been playing teams all over the country and probably only a small amount more.

The thing that get's me is you guys will be in the east division and it's not like your going to be flying to TxSt every season.

We heard that a couple years ago as well, 29-24 final. I'd love to have 22 more scholarships and play you guys.

West Division teams are the ones that should be complaining should NMSU be added. It will not effect East teams very much. They'll still have a geographically tight division. Its us western division losers that will have travel to Las Cruces every other year

My guess is we do not use divisions in basketball.

Presidents make the decision. However the conference commisioner is the one who gets to present those members to the presidents. There are a lot of conference presidents who have no real care about athletics, and sometimes that makes potential teams easy or mor difficult to push through.

Presidents care about $$

Does anyone know if Georgia State is getting to vote on expansion matters? I know they are not members yet officially, but since they will be in the league at that time, one would have to wonder if we are giving them voting rights at these meetings. Usually the teams leaving withdraw from these committees when they are leaving. For instance, I would bet the UNT did not vote on the Texas State and UTA adds.

Judging by the amount of smack they talk about each other football and facilities, I say bring them all in. GA State is in already but they are good at that too.

They obviously dislike each other greatly which makes for great football games.

Not an issue for FAU. All natural grass.

I would say we could mix it with the blood of our fallen opponents but weve only had one fall there so far and it was just UAB. My Lord how far FAU has fallen from 2007.

Or GA Southern, they have 6-Flags, just like the theme park. It's a tight race between the two about who you should bow down to more. Sounds like a good poll question! lol
