Don't kid yourself, we battle it at Tech too.

When you win Ruston let me know

I'm sure you'll know without me telling you. You're probably a lot smarter than you seem on the Internet.

When Latech can gets its own students interested in its athletics then you can start claiming markets. At thispoint in time its stretching it to say 15% of tech students will be at any 1 game..and at tech they(students) are the majority of your crowd.

I'm not one to go out of my way to defend La Tech, not on this board anyhow, I do occasionally post at BB&B and get along with the majority of the posters over there. Having said all that, this statement you've just made is an out and out lie. I've never been to Louisiana Tech, I've never been to Ruston(have been to Shreveport multiple times) but I don't need to go to a Tech game to know what you've just said is beyond hyperbole.

Tech's enrollment is what? 12,000? 15% of 12,000 is 1,800, so if it's a stretch to say they even get 1,800 students to any one game and students are the majority of their crowd that would mean they average like 3,000 fans a game.

I don't know what you're deal is or what your beef with Tech is and I really don't care if you want to slam them all day long, but if you're going to do it, try being a bit less obvious about it.
