Good game to North Texas. With all the freshmen that were on the floor I'm sure that there will be many more great battles ahead. (Conferences changes not withstanding).

Thanks Slide Show Joe. I really felt for Mitchell at the end. He was visibly crushed. What an amazing player and young man he is. His future is very bright.

You guys fought for it and completely deserved this game. Congratulations and best of luck in the tournament. This is is going to be a great rivalry over the next couple years.

Ha - we've only been saying that for a decade. There is no doubt WKU has hit its stride with Harper. Not looking forward to the next few years with all of those freshmen. Next year's "100 Miles of Hate" meetings should be something else.

Meh...whatever, I view Western being good at basketball as an inevitability. It sucks that we blew our one chance to have a markedly better season than them, but we could have won the tournament this year and the next three, I still would have expected Western to eventually be on top again.

Business as usual.

MT still could make the dance. What do you guys think the chance's are?

Congrats to a very gutty WKU team. A great accomplishment winning 4 in 4. Has your center ever had a game like that, if he plays anywhere close to that next year; WKU could be special.

I haven't been on a computer much the last day and a half, as I was traveling back to Los Angeles from Hot Springs. But I just wanted to offer up my congratulations as well. It was a classic back and forth team, and though I am still bitterly disappointed, I have to give the victors credit. The scrum ball 3 with 1:09 to go, to put you up a deuce felt like it was a destiny shot, and I guess it was.
