If Troy's pitching staff stays healthy this year, they are poised to make a very deep run in the NCAA's.

I'm a little surprised FIU and the Cajuns aren't in this poll anywhere. Did both teams lose a lot of guys?

The Cajuns are coming back really young and with a ton of question marks. We will be competitive as always. I would be tickled pink with as a 3 seed in a regional.

I thought it was interesting that six of our top crowds in school history were last season. We also have some amazing home games this year: UAB, Eastern Carolina, USA, Alabama, and Auburn!

I think the Big 10 is so bad in baseball, they are not considered a major conference.

I would have TROY much higher on that list. Look at the USA Today preseason poll, TROY is much higher than many teams on that top 10 mid-major list.

Well in fairness looking at last year, with the Sun Belt finishing 6th out of 32 conferences and the SOCON finishing 15th out of 32 conferences, Georgia Southern does have a better claim to the mid-major list.
