I agree. UNT fans nor any of us would want to see him go if he played for us. But you have to be real about the situation, next year the SBC won't likely be any better, he is already the player of the year, and this is America not Euro. Even being second round is a major accomplishment because you have guys playing for traditional powers that don't go pro nowadays.

The goal of playing sports for most football and basketball players is to go pro. If you can do that your just delaying your goal if you don't. Stocked draft or not if he is any good when he plays against NBA talent then he will get his money. Owners have no probably paying their best players more money to stay.
