Lose just one game in the Belt (we will) and we'll get zero votes.

A win at the clusterfreak gym they call Memorial at Vandy is a must for any chance at a ranking. We'll have to beat Candy and the refs. Last time we played there, every single "iffy" call went Vandy's way. Looked like a charge ? It's a defensive foul when MT on defense and a charge when MT on offense. Every. Single. Time.

You're right it will be tough to win at Vanderbilt. We will need to have a good shooting night, unlike the last couple of games, if we hope to win.

Yeah, we have strayed from what we do best-- work the ball inside and if there's nothing then quickly pass the ball back out to the trey line. We are taking too many quick treys and ill-advised shots. We also have not been getting as many transition buckets = dunks.

As good as Dendy is, he sure takes some ugly shots. We need him to look to pass more often, because we have too many talented scorers on this team. Jason Jones shoots a lot of ugly ones, too, when he's healthy.

In addition to playing well against Vandy, it'll sure help to have a big Blue Raider contingent there supporting the team. I've already got tickets in section 3L. Let's keep the rise up!

MT getting votes is nothing but good news for the rest of the conference. I hope your guys don't get complacent and that they finish the last half in good health. Anything can happen in conference.

I see the AP is oblivious, as usual.
