RE: FIU Offensive Coordinator
Like I said, good luck to him, however, when you have TY Hilton, K. Rhodes (FIU record holder for running yards) a healthy OL and the same QB which lead you to a Bowl the year before (of which you are the QB Coach) and you can only score 10 points on a terrible Marshall defense and 9 points vs. WKU...not a good sign. Laferre got demoted 2 years ago, I'm sure he saw the writing on the wall too. With some of the new concessions that HC Cristobal was able to get (for salaries) they are going to be looking to upgrade the quality and pay of these two positions.

I told you guys two years ago that Scott Satterfield was just on loan.
No matter how good or bad a coach is the personnel makes the difference in the long run. Good luck with a replacement. Going to bowls the last two season has to have helped your program. At least you are not looking for a new HC so you dodged a bullet on that one.

By the way, you need to look for a new Tight Ends coach also, Greg Laferre just resigned at FIU.

RE: FIU Offensive Coordinator
You have a fine team and am sure you will have another good one next year. We are glad to help you make it better in your eyes. Just remember we did you a favor by taking him back. Glad that it will be a win/win on both sides.
Good luck in 2012 Panthers.

The loss of Cerini and Mack really impacted FIU.
