That the younger fans got to see what the program is capable of.

The older fans knew, but Steve Roberts almost convinced these younger fans that his 6-6 “I’m a goanna” program was the best that they should hope for at ASU. Now they know otherwise, and now the older fans can pass the torch.

Also glad to see the fans at UL, WKU, FIU and UNT getting to see the bars raised at their schools.

I remember when UNT used to be the team to beat in the conference, but then they took a huge drop off. I used to like the UNT vs MTSU rivalry. It seems like UNT is on their way back up, hopefully MTSU can put this disasters of a season behind them and get back to being competitive.

UNT fans, players and coaches got to where winning a SBC Championship was no big deal, in fact they put down the SBC, and that was their down fall. It looks like they are hungry again and UNT like the Florida schools has unlimited potential.
