I don't like it and I don't want it. To be honest, I don't think a conference as large as what the MWC/C-USA are planning can work for more then a few years. Too many people to try and keep happy.

Totally agree. Believe the CUSA - MWC Alliance is going to be a train wreck. Believe the CUSA will be used and then tossed aside. Can see the bickering already.

By the way, think a championship game helps a conference. More publicity and keeps more teams excited about the season for a longer period of time. People talk about someone, like Houston, losing and costing the conference, but if they are not able to win then they shouldn't be playing.

The Sun Blet doesn't want to take UTSA or Texas State, that's why they are supposedly going to the WAC. We will see if there will still be a WAC for them to join. The Sun Belt doesn't need or wan to expand. If we did, we would have done it by now.

Why do you say Texas State and UTSA are supposedly joining the WAC? Do you not believe what you hear?

I think what he actually meant was "we supposedly didn't want them, which is why they're joining the WAC", since when the two schools were making exploratory moves we told them we weren't interested.
