Not a great trip to Arkansas for old Dickie
Lost to ASU 79-63
Lost tonight to UCA 88-72
I guess Philander Smith gave UCA a wake-up call. The Bears are now on a 4 game winning streak. I guess it may be a good thing we are not playing them.

I think Corliss has now passed Sidney's victory total.

He's been there longer. Kind of like Shields winning more games than Newell. It took him two years and part of a third year to win more games. It took Corliss into his second year to pass Sidney.
I suspect that if someone lives longer than Joe Paterno and can stay employed long enough, he could win more games than JoePa. It'll be tough though. Sort of like how did Connie Mack manage the Philadelphia A's for fifty years. He owned the team.
I also believe that Sidney would have done better had he stayed. He might have won five or six games had he stuck around another year.

Actually I believe he would have been fine if he had decided to stay awhile. He recruited some pretty good players in his short time here.
Stan Blackmon and LaVerne Smith were very good players. Might have been a few more that I can't recall.
