So those folks who are speaking about "confidence" must never have played any
type of competitive event in their lives. Relax. It was a win. A win is a win.
I am fairly "confident" the players and the coaching staff know they could have
played and done better. But they won and that is all that matters.....

As long as the team and coaches understand what went wrong, why it went wrong and how to prevent it then everything else will be up to how the ball bounces on Nov 1st.

Hopefully the fact that he's out and about shows he's not injured. I do think he's taken a beating the last two games, but I guess only Chandler knows how he feels. Glad he's enjoying the college life... Boy do I miss it. Well, except the classes, studying, and exams. Oh yeah, and the bills but we always have that.

UB had all the mo going their way the last fifteen minutes.
Huskies played on their hind paws.

I was thinking with .14 sec remaining following the TD that Bulls would go for two given the talents of their QB & RB in any short yardage plays.

Sometimes it's better to be lucky than play good.

Quinn knew Fardon made all thirteen prior PATs.

Fate is fickle.

Lord knows NIU has often been on the wrong side of such heartbreaking, demoralizing and unexpected finishes.

A few of those involved a certain school in NE Ohio populated by fans not known as rocket scientists.

That is the truth. It sure was nice to have some decent luck in OUR favor for a change!
