Probably Penn State. You really can't say Florida State because they're still a Top 15 football program. Penn State has fallen off the map. Temple is at the level they have always been at.

Ehh Temple has traditionally been a bit better as has Rutgers been a bit better. Penn State though has truly fallen flat on their faces.

See my post on Pitt vs. PENN STATE recruiting so far this year.

PSU has fallen the farthest. Florida State is pretty much where they've been; they just a have a couple tough teams in their conference now. Temple hasn't changed much either way; they still have the ability to beat a good team or 2 yearly without having a winning season. Nebraska might win the B12 North this year.

In all fairness to PSU, they have a great defense and some are predicting them top 30 this year. The big problem is Joe hasn't modernized his offense at all. When Paterno retires, PSU still has all the essentials in place to be a great program.

I can't remember if Notre Dame was an option or not, but they certainly have lost a lot of their glow.

Penn St easily....they went decades without a single losing season and now they can't make a bowl game....the door is open for Pitt to become a dominate program again

No choice for ECU? :crying: :frown: :crying: :frown: :crying: From consistant 7+ win team to thinking 2 wins in a season is great in just 3 years.

Gotta be Nebraska....Penn St. may be down, but getting blown out by Texas Tech last year was the bottom for the Cornhuskers...70-10...ouch

I voted for Penn St but I really don't know why. It seems like the question was set up for people to vote Penn St.
