I think ECU, Marshall, Temple, and five other schools should creat a football only conference and after about four years when a few rise to the top, the BEast can split, raid that conference and go to a twelve member all sports conference...sort of like a minor league Big East that will develop teams for us. I think it would be stronger than C-USA. I think it would give those schools who want to be in the BEast a chance to develop and prove themselves. They would just have to find basketball conferences to allign with.
