I got to see her recently, and have recent photos. Wish my 2-year-old daughter could have gotten to know her better.

Very sorry to hear about your grandmother. My prayers go out to you and your family.

Thanks. She died peacefully while sleeping, and was not ill (that we know of). When I leave this Earth, that's the way I'd choose if I had a choice.

How is your grandfather ?

Well I tend to agree with you there, I also hope that I pass in my sleep without any suffering. As for my grandpa, he is actually doing surprisingly well. When i saw him the first day that he was moved to hospice I sort of had already accepted the fact that he wasn't going to make it any more than a couple days. But when I saw him yesterday he was able to sit up and eat completely on his own. After talking to the doctor yesterday if he doesn't get any worse within the next week he will probably be able to go home. So right now things are pretty good.

glad to hear it.
